| Day 1: US/Beijing by flight (10-16 hours flight); |
| Day 2: Arrive at Beijing in the afternoon, bus to Hotel; |
| Day 3: The Great Wall, and the Summer Palace, Tian'anmen Square, bus sightseeing in Beijing |
| Day 4: The Forbidden City, flight to Xiangfan 5:00 pm - 700 pm, bus to South Lake Hotel; |
| Day 5: First medical session, meet the city officials and the medical staff, medical consultation. Massage and tai chi. |
| Day 6: Second medical session, seminar by an expert in Chinese medicine, Longzhong resort, tai chi/martial arts demo. |
| Day 7: Third medical session, Bus to Wudang Mountains, visiting the Golden Peak, the Golden Palace, and the Fortune Change Palace, after dinner, the martial arts school and enjoying martial arts performances. Stay in Wudang Hotel. |
| Day 8: Forth medical session, Purple Palace and South Rock Palace, Tai chi and martial arts activities. |
| Day 9: Fifth medical session, bus back to Xiangfan City, visiting Xiangfan High Tech. and New Technology Development Zone, visiting the biggest vehicle testing factory in Asia, stay in the South Lake Hotel in Xiangfan. |
| Day 10: : Sixth medical session, bus to Yichang, Dam of the Three Gorges, 8:00 pm get on the cruise ship, the Yangzi River Cruise, night view of Gezhou Dam Control Gate, and the New Dam of the Three Gorges. Overnight on the Ship. |
| Day 11: : Seventh medical session, Arrive at the Dock of Badong County, Hubei Province, an ancient town at the Yangzi River. Gorges, side views, enjoy Hubei Tujia minority dances, arrive at Fengjie, Sichuan, get off ship, visit the Ancient town, and then on ship again, and stay overnight on the cruise ship to Yichang. |
| Day 12: Eighth medical session, cruise trip in the morning, Bus to Xiangfan in the afternoon. Stay in South Lake Hotel. |
| Day 13: Bus Tour Pudong Economic Development Zone, The Museum of Shanghai History in the TV Tower – The Oriental Pearl, shopping and sightseeing in Yu Garden, a shoppers’ Paradise. Night view of the Bund. |
| Day 14: Zhouzhuang, a famous water village, the Vainness in China, well-known for its fresh water pearl jewelries; |
| Day 15: Leave Shanghai Pudong International Airport for US. |
