I, the payer, agree that I will participate in the Teaching English in China Program at my own risk. I release Chinese Culture Center (CCC), the host institution, their Boards, Directors, agents and employees from any claims resulting therefrom. I also give consent to Chinese Culture Center and the host institutions to use my name, photos, videos, emails, letters, comments and any other forms of media to promote and publicize the Program. I understand that the program fee does not include any airfare. I also understand that the Program Fee is not refundable if I’m offered a job or a position by the Chinese Culture Center by the planned departure time and no refund for early withdrawal. I have read and agree with the web posted refund policy at www.ChineseCultureCenter.org. I’m informed that CCC will not release my personal information to any other party without my permission except for doing my placement(s) and the necessary background check(s).
